Mission Statement

"The mission of the Connellsville Area School District's School Counseling Program is to provide a comprehensive, preventitive, and developmental program addressing academic, career, and personal/social goals of each of our students. School counselors are leaders and advocates working with the CASD educational stakeholders both inside and outside the school system to promote student success. School counselors work collaboratively toward the common goals of equity, access, and academic success for each of our students. In partnerships with all CASD stakeholders, school counselors will facilitate a comprehensive and supportive school counseling program dedicated to prepare every CASD student with the knowledge and skills to become responsible, successful, and productive life-long learners."

Transcript Requests

A transcript includes a record of classes and final grades for grades 9 through 12. Colleges and many post-secondary programs require an official transcript from the high school. This transcript will be prepared and mailed from the high school. A transcript request form must be filled out before any transcript is mailed. Alumni must bring a photo ID when arriving to fill out a request form. The Connellsville Area School Board adopted a policy on December 5, 1990 to provide each student and former student with three official transcripts for colleges, other post-secondary institutions and prospective employers at no charge. Additional transcripts will cost $3.00 (paid in advance prior to mailing). Checks should be made payable to the Connellsville Area School District. A five-day notice to meet transcript deadlines is requested.

Contact Mrs. Sherryn Keefer at (724) 626-4042 with any questions and to request transcripts.
