Welcome to Dunbar Township Elementary School, the largest elementary school in the Connellsville Area School District. Since 1966, Dunbar Township Elementary School has been the mainstay for educational success and achievement. Dunbar Township is a Kindergarten to Sixth Grade elementary school. We currently number about 652 students and approximately 57 faculty and staff members. We are proud of our well maintained two story building and our beautiful school grounds, which include three playgrounds, a ball field, and a number of soccer fields.These fields are utilized by the Connellsville Youth Soccer League. As your head principal, I would ask only that we work together, that is staff, students, parents and community members to solve problems together even in the face of adversity. I know this will be an excellent school year.
