Pre-K Counts

PA Pre-K Counts is a no-cost to families, high-quality pre-kindergarten education for three- and four-year-olds in Pennsylvania funded by the Office of Child Development and Early Learning (OCDEL).  You can find out more about the program and fill out an application here:
