Special Education Plan

Special Education Plan 2025-2028

The Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) is responsible for ensuring that special education programs in public schools are both appropriate and effective. To support this oversight, school districts are required to submit a Special Education Plan every three years, as mandated by 22 Pa. Code § 14.104. This plan outlines the district’s analysis of special education data, results from compliance monitoring, and the professional development and training needed to provide appropriate programs and services for students with disabilities.
