JOB POSTING NOTICE

The Connellsville Area School District is receiving letters of interest  for the following Buildings & Grounds Department position:

MAINTENANCE 

Connellsville Area School District is seeking candidates for a Buildings & Grounds Maintenance position.  This position is responsible for heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, and electrical fields and any other work as assigned by the Director of Buildings and Grounds.  Graduation from high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma is required.  Three years experience in field-related work is desired (up to two years of experience may be waived for appropriate schooling in technical college, along with demonstrated proficiency in the completed courses).   Must possess a current, valid driver’s license for the State of Pennsylvania with a clean driving record.  Must possess a current Universal EPA certification for handling refrigerants. This is a 12-month bargaining unit position.  

Apply by submitting a letter of interest, non-teaching application, resume, certifications/licenses, current Act 34, Act 114 and Act 151 clearances, and copy of current, valid PA driver’s license  to Amy E. Coughenour, Director of Human Resources.  Deadline for applications is 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 29, 2024.
