Chromebook distribution will take place for students in grades 4-12 during the first several weeks of school. Your child will be sent home with a Chromebook Policies and Procedures handbook and a Student Chromebook agreement on the first day of school. Please complete the form and have your child return the form to their homeroom teacher in order to receive their Chromebook. This form is also available on the district website at www.casdfalcons.org/chromebooks/ . Also available online is the Insurance Form. Insurance prices remain the same this year other than a $2 surcharge for any online insurance purchase. You may begin to purchase insurance online using a debit or credit card beginning Monday, August 27th thru September 14. If paying online please note the students name(s) in the comment area. If you wish to purchase insurance in person you can do so at the administration office between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. beginning Monday, August 27 until September 14, at which time no other payments will be accepted. You can also purchase insurance at the following locations between 6:00 p.m .and 8:00 p.m. We will accept cash, check, money order or credit or debit card. You may print the form and complete it prior to coming to purchase insurance or forms will be provided for you on site.
