Superintendent’s Welcome
As the superintendent of the Connellsville Area School District, it is my honor to welcome you to our school district’s webpage. At CASD we take great pride in academics, arts, and athletics. We are committed to providing a well-rounded education that includes opportunities for ALL students to learn, be engaged, and grow during their time in our district. Ultimately, we strive every day to fulfill our mission:
“Through the cooperative efforts of educators, parents, community and students, the Connellsville Area School District will provide a safe, diverse, and challenging educational environment dedicated to helping all students become respectful, responsible, and knowledgeable life-long learners prepared to meet the challenges of an ever-changing global society."
To achieve that mission, we are governed by a very encouraging board that works collaboratively with our professional staff of dedicated teachers to make certain that all needs are met. Our support and administrative teams work tirelessly to provide first class facilities and a well-run school district. Most importantly, our community and families are active, involved, and visible, regardless of the event or venue.
