Any student interested in playing baseball, softball, boys tennis, and boys and girls track should pick up a physical packet in the athletic office.

Any student who has already received a physical for a fall or winter sport this school year would only need to fill out a purple recertification form. 

Physicals will be held on Thursday, February 20 at 8:00am in the auxiliary gym. Only students with completed paperwork will be permitted to receive a physical at that time. Anyone missing this physical date must get a physical done by their own doctor at their own expense.
