Once a volunteer receives the original clearances, he/she should bring the original clearances to the appropriate building principal. Copies will be made and be kept on file. Current employees of our school district are not required to renew their clearances for purposes of volunteering. Federal Programs will reimburse parents/guardians of children who attend Title I schools only, in cases of hardship. If a parent/guardian would like to be reimbursed, the parent/guardian will need to bring the original clearance(s) and proof of payment(s) to the Office of Federal Programs in Central Office, 732 Rockridge Road Connellsville, PA 15425.
